Three nights of rock solid sleep.
Two ibuprofen. Two tylenol. One teaspoon of Kratom mixed in 1/4 cup chocolate milk. Compression gloves and wrist braces. This all adds up to GOOD sleep!
I wake up pain free, too, which has not happened in years...
Yesterday I didn't need any pain killers for body pain at all. I did take a tylenol for a headache and a gabapentin for neuropathy (damn itchy extremities!).
Is the solution a good night's sleep? Could it be as simple as that?
I've been awake now for three hours (woke up late), and not in pain.
I can get used to this.
Somebody really charming recently basically said they hope that my pain makes me miserable. Hate to disappoint them, but I've been pain free for three days now. Nanny nanny boo boo, stick your hand in doo doo.
