Bezos can SUCK it!

Motherfucking Jeff Bezos has just changed the customer service setup on the Amazon website. 

Now the page brings you to a big spammy piece of bullshit full of useless FAQs, and chats with a pissgargling AI bot. It's VERY difficult to sort out how to get a fucking human being. 

And when you finally do, well. Now when you ask for a web chat with customer service, guess what you get? Another fucking bot. So you tell it you want to talk to an associate...

I waited seven minutes for one, then closed the chat and asked for a phone call instead. Which I got within 45 seconds.

But even that is problematic. Call me an asshole and a Karen, but Amazon's phone reps are in a call center in Manila. Every one of them I've talked to has a strong Filipino accent and speaks very fast and very quietly. 

I don't have an issue with Filipino people, I've met many of them, and they're nice enough. My uncle's partner of 32 years, Ron, was Filipino and Mexican, or as he put it, Flipsican. And that sumbitch could COOK, okay?

I have a bit of a processing disorder, and have to ask them to repeat themselves and to speak slowly, which seems to annoy most of them. I am also hard of hearing and have to ask them to turn up their vocal volume. They do it, but they usually preface their first statement after my request for a slow repeat with something like: "Fine, I will repeat myself AGAIN!", and frankly, they sound a little put out. If the conversation goes on for more than about three minutes, they start speaking at their normal rate again. Lather, rinse, repeat.

It's fucking annoying and not accessible for people with processing disorders, hearing disorders (I have both!).

Amazon makes 2 billion dollars every day, about 80 million dollars an hour. Bezos is set to become the world's first trillionaire as early as next year.

That piece of shit motherfucker can fucking afford to hire human beings.

I wish I could get out of the house to shop, but even then I would be at the mercy of billionaires, in this case, the Walton family, as Walmart is about the only retailer in the area that sells a lot of what I fucking need.
