Here we go again, back on the chain gang...
Tomorrow, with my PCP's guidance, I begin a modified version of the SlimFast diet. One shake for breakfast, one for lunch, five low (but not NO) carb snacks spread out through the day, and a healthy meal for supper. Blood sugar tests 6 times a day, and snacks or insulin adjustments as needed.
And I am restarting the Ozempic on Saturday.
I fucking hate shake diets, but something has to give. I have gained 25 pounds since my last doctor visit 6 months ago, and that's not okay.
