Whoo, do I feel good!

 




Man, did I sleep well! 

I was absolutely exhausted yesterday. Still recovering from going to the doctor on Monday. It wears me out to leave the house, I'm telling you!

So yesterday I laid down for a nap at about 4 PM.

I woke up to my midnight medication alarm and did that, then zonked out until just now, 6:45 AM.

And boy howdy, was that a good, restful, rejuvenating sleep! I really needed this!
