This post is probably one of the hardest I have ever had to write. The owner of this blog, Jenn, was my friend for almost 30 years. I met her in an online writing forum called Written by Me, when my children were small, and we quickly became friends.
Her sassy, rapier witted writing, sprinkled with sarcasm, a little cynicism and a lot of humour always captivated me. Jenn always said it how she saw it, and too bad if you didn't care for her style or her opinions. She had the strength and courage of her convictions.
Love her or not, you were never in any doubt about where she stood.
With the deepest sorrow, it's my sad task to inform her readers that Jenn passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family and friends on July 13 2026.
Vale, my dear friend. I miss you already.
