“With that being said, you can’t have guns,” Trump said. “You can’t walk in with guns. You just can’t.”

“Certainly, he shouldn’t have been carrying a gun,” Trump said.

Trump added: “I don’t like that he had a gun. I don’t like that he had two fully loaded magazines. That’s a lot of bad stuff.”

When Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and FBI Director Kash Patel raised the issue of the gun, they suggested that it offered evidence about Pretti’s intentions.

“No one who wants to be peaceful shows up at a protest with a firearm that is loaded with two full magazines,” Patel said.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said Monday that “any gun owner knows” that carrying a gun raises “the assumption of risk and the risk of force being used against you,” during interactions with law enforcement.

On Sunday, FBI Director Kash Patel said “you cannot bring a firearm, loaded, with multiple magazines to any sort of protest that you want,” and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said Saturday that she didn’t “know of any peaceful protester that shows up with a gun and ammunition rather than a sign.”

Gun owners of America had this to say:

“You absolutely may walk around with guns, and you absolutely may peacefully protest while armed,” the group’s senior vice president, Erich Pratt, told CNN. “We have the First and Second amendments to protect the right to protest while armed — an American historical tradition that dates back to the Boston Tea Party.”

I hate guns. I really do. If I had my druthers, they'd have never been invented. They are nothing more than machines for killing people, and that's fucked up.

But gun rights are enshrined in the US Constitution, and carrying one, even to a protest, is lawful and one of our basic rights as citizens.

They've always said the Democrats were going to take the guns. And dudes, it ain't the Democrats saying a licensed man in a legal concealed carry state had no right to have a gun holstered inside his coat at a protest. A man who was not even there FOR the protest, he was trying to buy donuts when he saw a woman get brutalized, went to help her to her feet, and was executed for having compassion.

They're coming for the guns, ammosexuals. Just like a good little dictatorship.  Like Mao. Like Stalin. Like Castro. Pol Pot. And you voted for it and you support it. 

In your absolute rage about a BLACK man winning the presidency, you showed your true hateful rebel flag colors, and you voted in fascists up and down the boards, from the white house to the dog catcher in your town, because they hate the same people you hate, for the same basic reasons.
