Hmm. Kristi Noem. Standing in clear sight on top of the ICE building in Portland, no body armor, no helmet. Nothing but clear lines of sight in all directions.
You tell me. Is Portland really full of terrorists who are just itching to kill law enforcement? The place Trump says is burning to the ground and looks worse than World War II?
Or does Kristi know that that's a big load of bullshit.
